RISE & SHINE IS COMING!

Rise & Shine is a level-based competition showcase and will be open to ALL levels from Beginners to Advanced 

• PARTICIPATION IS LIMITED TO CORE FUSION POLE STUDENTS
• There will be guidelines on skills for each - eg. Beginner will be no inverts & there will be Point of Contact rulings
• There won't be placings as such - but prizes such as best performer, best dancer, most original, most entertaining, best tricks, best costume, etc  (all TBC)
• Solos, doubles, Trios ... it will be open to any 
• You will be able to do any theme, style, concept, story, add any skills you may have like singing or an instrument, etc... it will be totally open!
