• You must have practiced Pilates before or completed a suitable Pilates beginners' course or intro session prior to joining a class to ensure you understand the Pilates concepts and principles.
• We can also arrange one on one introductory sessions and also offer this as an ongoing option
•  If you have an injury, please chat with us to ascertain whether a group class is suitable for you.
