At Core Fusion, we believe that Pilates is more than just a workout - it's a lifestyle. 

Our expert instructors are dedicated to helping you transform your body and your mind through the power of Pilates. 

With a focus on proper form, alignment, and breathwork, our classes will challenge you while also promoting mindfulness and strong, mobile bodies. 

We offer a wide range of Pilates options to meet your needs and goals.  

Our timetable includes group matwork and reformer classes, and we also offer Private Sessions. Whether you're looking to build strength, improve flexibility, improve sporting prowess, remain injury free or reduce stress, we are here to help you achieve your goals.


DID YOU KNOW!!! We've been helping people move well with Pilates for over 22 years!!

In 2003 Joanna started Core Pilates with a few classes in a local hall, the first Pilates group classes in the area aside from a few of the gyms.

After completing her comprehensive Pilates studio qualification in 2007 she added small group reformer classes to her home studio, some of the first in Perth. 

In 2013 we opened our custom Pilates Studio adding the first Wunda Chair classes in WA & since 2019 have been in our huge new space with:  

  • A huge Pilates mat / stretch studio with a sprung floor and ample space for up to 16 people with all the equipment you could need.
  • Reformer and Wunda Chair studio taking a maximum of 9 per class and so much space you don't have to worry about hitting anyone. 
  • Fully Equipped Private Pilates studio for one-on-one clients

FUN FACT: We have over 30 people who have been doing Pilates with us for over 10 years... some for 20!

REFORMER & WUNDA CHAIR GROUP CLASSES

  • A fantastic workout and excellent for both rehabilitation, sports conditioning and anyone else wanting to work on this ingenious piece of equipment.
  • This super popular class incorporates the Pilates reformers and Wunda Chairs to challenge and improve your core, your strength, your alignment, stability and movement patterns using spring resistance.
  • By adjusting spring tension, we can work on strength, support and control in varying amounts and can adapt this to suit you and your individual requirements.
  • With a maximum of 9 participants, Bookings are essential.
  • A towel to lie on and socks are compulsory.
  • Reformer mats and toe sox are available to purchase at the studio.

MATWORK VARIETY GROUP CLASSES

  • With classes changing every week you will never get bored! 
  • Based on the original work of Joseph Pilates, you will improve your posture, alignment, core, strength, balance and movement patterns while we incorporate props (our 'toys') such as foam rollers, mini balls, magic circles, hand and ankle weights, resistance bands and fitballs.
  • We always offer options for less experienced or more advanced clients. 
  • If you have an injury, please contact us to ascertain whether a group class is suitable for you 
  • We have a maximum of 16 per class and all equipment is supplied. 
  • A towel or yoga mat to lie on is required.

INTRO TO PILATES

BEGINNER CLASSES ARE OPEN FOR BOOKINGS NOW!!

  • Book private intro sessions to learn the important concepts and principles to prepare you to join a class 
  • Then, when you join a class, we will still loo after you as we cater to mixed levels of skill, strength, age and experience 
  • Intro sessions will be with Joanna, our director and Professional Pilates Practitioner of 23 years

IMPORTANT NOTES ABOUT PILATES CLASSES

  • BOOKINGS ARE ESSENTIAL AS CLASS SIZES ARE STRICTLY LIMITED FOR YOUR BENEFIT
  • You must have completed a suitable Pilates beginners course or introductory session prior to joining a class to ensure you understand the Pilates concepts & principles
  • If you have an injury please chat with us to ensure a group class is suitable for you.
  • Please bring a towel or mat to place on our mats for Matwork Classes 
  • A towel or Reformer mat to lie on and socks are compulsory for Reformer Classes 
  • Please note our 12 hour cancellation policy on ALL  Classes and Expiry dates on purchases
  • Toe Sox & Reformer Mats are available to purchase at the studio
