- Rise & Shine is a level-based competition and will be open to ALL levels from Beginners to Advanced
- PARTICIPATION IS LIMITED TO CORE FUSION POLE STUDENTS
- There will be guidelines on skills for each -
eg. Beginner will be no inverts & there will be Point of Contact rulings - There won't be placings as such -
but possible prizes will be best performer, best dance, best tricks, best technique, most original, most entertaining / funny (all TBC) - Solos, doubles, Trios ... it will be open to any
- You will be able to do any theme, style, concept, story, add any skills you may have like singing or an instrument, etc... it will be totally open!
