You're getting your new addiction started!
You will learn correct grip techniques and some basic moves to start building your strength and help you feel confident lifting yourself off the floor and moving around the pole.
We'll put all you learn together in a fun dance routine.
This class will work on a static pole
You should now have an understanding of basic grips, and feel confident moving around and starting to climb the pole.
So now we're going to put the pole on spin!
We'll build on what you covered in beginners and add more grips, moves, climbs and combos and put it all into a fun dance routine.
A fabulous transition level for those getting ready to go up side down and start to work on level 3 moves but still working on super strong smooth spins with a level 2 routine.
Spinning poles for this class
You're starting to feel strong and confident now and can do all your basic spins, sits and climbs so be prepared to start going up side down and add trickier moves and spins to put together in your dance routine.
Spinning poles for this class but we revisit static pole for one week each term
This level is for those that have completed and are competent in all level 3 moves but are still working towards a strong invert and perfecting transitions learned in level 3.
We'll start to work on some super cool Level 4 skills and a more challenging version of the Level 3 routine. And we get to revisit static pole for two weeks each term
You're addicted now and feeling strong and confident so now the fun inverts start and we add more challenging moves and spins into your dance routine.
You must be able to invert to a V, have a good inverted crucifix and have a strong leg hang and cradle (both sides)
This class is primarily spinning but we revisit static pole for two weeks each term
*AN INVERT IS REQUIRED FOR THIS LEVEL
This is class is for those who have completed Level 4 and is a transition to our level 5 class.
You will start to cover skills and tricks from the Level 5 curriculum while learning the Level 4 routine with some more advanced options
We will work primarily on spin pole with 2-3 static classes per term
You'll be upside down a lot more from here on in and with the strength and technique you've gained the combos will start to get longer and more involved and the routine starting to really challenge you.
If you are an advanced poler this is a great class to really break down moves and focus on the techniques you need for safety, strength and stamina
We will work primarily on spin pole with 2 static and one optional heels class per term
Start to learn the grips, spins and transitions to prepare you for our advanced classes while still working on your level 5 moves while starting to add in some harder options and different grips and transitions for those that are ready as well as working on static spins and transitions
Start to learn the grips, spins and transitions to prepare you for our Advanced class with options and variations for different skill and flexibility levels
Or, if you are an advanced poler this is a great class to really break down the harder moves and focus on the techniques you need for safety, strength and stamina.
We will also be working on static spins and transitions
This is our highest level pole class.

Put on your hottest heels and learn a routine to help you discover your sexy side as we weave our magic around the base of the pole in our sexier styled exotic class, combining low spins and floor work, body rolls and head flicks

This super popular dance class is your opportunity to work on a lyrical flow routine to help with your dance, flow, lines and movement around, up and down the pole.
You don't have to be a dancer. Just come and move with us learn different styles of movement.

Put all you've been learning together into a routine to learn over the 8 week term
Suitable for level 5 and above with some more advanced options... Heels optional
Being flexible and makes pole so much easier in many ways. This class works on stretches and muscle release techniques to make you less prone to injury and more able to attempt moves as you progress through the levels
We will utilise resistance bands and partner stretching and release techniques using foam rollers and massage balls
Only $10 for currently enrolled students and FREE if you are enrolled in more than one pole class in the term
