CORE FUSION ATTENDANCE & CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand it is not always possible to make your class and some circumstances are out of our control but, if you are unable to attend, please give as much notice as possible.
Many classes have a waiting list so early notice will give us ample time to offer your place to someone else.
PLEASE BE AWARE OF OUR CANCELLATION POLICY
- 12 hours for ALL group classes in Pole and Pilates
- 24 hours for private lessons.
- Late notification will result in you being charged for your session.
- Non-attendance without ample notification will result in you being charged for your session.
- Waiving of fees is the at the discretion of management
POLE COURSES
- If you cannot attend your regular class, please let us know as early as possible so your pole is free for someone who may wish to do a make-up or extra class.
- You may then arrange a make-up class, but it must be within the same 12-week term.
- No-show without notification will result in loss of the option for makeup class.
- Priority for make-up classes is given to those who have given early notification of non-attendance.
- All make-up classes are subject to availability.
- Allowable Pole make-up classes are a pole class of the same or lower level, Lyrical or Heels Flow, Practice time or Stretch

PILATES CLASS PACKS
- 7 weeks for blocks of 5
- 13 weeks for blocks of 10 - Family Shared package valid for 2 months
- 23 weeks for blocks of 20 - Family Shared package valid for 3 months
POLE and PILATES
- COURSES - expire at the conclusion of the booked term
- SINGLE CLASSES - Valid for one class only
- All payments and deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person or session type.
- Please ensure you have confirmed your place in the correct class before making payment.
