Pole is a fabulous all-body workout. You're using your own body weight to lift, pull and push, utilising all of your stabiliser muscles. You'll get toned, and all while having FUN - no scary gym equipment in sight.
Pole will challenge you, make you feel confident, strong in body & mind - and maybe even a little sexy! All while giving you a full body workout and improving your coordination. You'll be amazed how quickly you are spinning & climbing while learning good technique right from the start.
Our classes are fun and non intimidating and our qualified instructors will make sure you learn good safe technique as well as all the cool tricks and flowing dance moves.
Our limited class size means that you get individual attention while still in a fun group setting.
