  • To join a Pilates class you must have practiced Pilates before, completed a beginner course or arrange an intro session to ensure you understand the basic Pilates principles and  concepts.
  • Bookings are essential as class sizes are strictly limited for your benefit.
  • Please note our 6 hour cancellation policy on all Pilates and stretch classes and expiry dates on your purchase.
  • If you have an injury please contact us to ascertain whether a group class is suitable for you.
