POLE Level 1
You're getting your new addiction started!
You will learn correct grip techniques and some basic moves to start building your strength and help you feel confident lifting yourself off the floor and moving around the pole.
We'll put all you learn together in a fun dance routine.
This class will work on a static pole
POLE Level 2
You should now have an understanding of basic grips, and feel confident moving around and starting to climb the pole.
So now we're going to put the pole on spin!
We'll build on what you covered in beginners and add more grips, moves, climbs and combos and put it all into a fun dance routine.
POLE Level 3
You're starting to feel strong and confident now so be prepared to start going up side down and add some trickier moves and spins to put together in your dance routine.

POLE Level 3/4
This level is for those that are competent in all level 3 moves but may be still working towards inverting.
We'll start to work on some super cool Level 4 skills and a more challenging version of the Level 3 routine.
POLE Level 4
You're addicted now and feeling strong and confident so now the fun inverts start and we add more challenging moves and spins into your dance routine.
POLE Level 4/5
This is class is for those who have completed Level 4 and is a transition to our level 5 class.
You will start to cover skills and tricks from the Level 5 curriculum while learning the Level 4 routine with some more advanced options
Want to do more than one class a week?
Don't forget you can book into a second course in the same term for half price or you can do any extra casual pole class for only $20.
Make sure you always book to reserve your pole and please let us know when you can't attend so we can make your pole available to someone else.
POLE Level 5
You'll be upside down a lot more from here on in and with the strength and technique you've gained the combos will start to get longer and more involved and the routine starting to really challenge you.
If you are an advanced poler this is a great class to really break down moves and focus on the techniques you need for safety, strength and stamina
POLE LEVEL 5/6
Prep Advanced 2
Start to learn the grips, spins and transitions to prepare you for our Advanced class while still working on the level 5 routine.
Or, if you are an advanced poler his is a great class to really break down the harder moves and focus on the techniques you need for safety, strength and stamina
POLE Level 6
This is our Advanced routine class with more and less challenging options.
We really break down the harder moves and focus on the techniques you need for safety, strength and stamina
You need to be strong in all of your prep-advanced moves to do this class.
Check with us about moving to this level. We recommend this as a great 2nd class for level 7 or 5/6
POLE Level 7
This is our highest level pole class.
Join Joanna for a workshop / pole jam styled class for pole dancers of an Advanced Level.
From revisiting basic technique and covering 'old' moves, to new tricks, splits, flips, tumbles, elbow grips, static pole, spin combos, conditioning, lyrical combos, transitions and even learning combos from her winning pole routines .....
You must be able to aerial invert both sides and shoulder mount and ayesha as well being strong in all foundation spins, grips and leg holds.
We offer modifications and variations to suit individuals but you need be sure you have very strong foundations.
Level 5 or 6 are a great compliment to this class,
Feel free to send though requests before the class if there is something in particular you would like to work on.

Exotic Pole Flow
4 week mini term
Put on your heels and join us as we weave our magic around the base of the pole in our sexier styled exotic class, combining low spins and floor work, body rolls and head flicks
Stretch for Pole
Being flexible makes pole so much easier in many ways. This stretch class works on your body for positions we use in pole. Stretch your legs, hips, backs, shoulders, arms.... pretty much everything!
We will utilise resistance bands and partner stretching and muscle release techniques using foam rollers and massage balls
