PILATES GROUP MATWORK VARIETY CLASSES

With classes changing every week you will never get bored! PLUS you get the benefit of the Pilates method, working to improve your posture, alignment, core, strength, balance and movement patterns while we incorporate props (our 'toys') such as foam rollers, mini balls, magic circles, hand and ankle weights, resistance bands and fitballs.
You must have completed a beginner course or introductory session if you have not practiced pilates before 

We will always offer options for less experienced or more advanced clients but do be aware  that group classes are not suitable for some injuries or conditions.
If you have an injury please contact us to ascertain whether a group class is suitable for you
We have a maximum 16 per class and all equipment is supplied. Please bring your own towel
