Our 6 week Pilates introductory courses are designed to teach you the fundamentals of Pilates and start to build your core strength and body awareness to prepare you to join an open or intermediate level class.
You will learn how to correctly engage your core muscles for strength and stability, to focus your breath to assist in stability, movement and release of excess tension and to improve your body awareness. This course gives you the opportunity to ask questions and discuss any progressions, modifications or variations to help you gain maximum benefit from your personal Pilates experience.
