Our Special 6 week Pilates introductory reformer course is perfect for beginners, those returning after a break or anyone wanting to really focus on the basic principles of Pilates using the ingenious piece of apparatus which is the Reformer.
You will learn how to correctly engage your core muscles for strength and stability, to focus your breath to assist in stability, movement and release of excess tension and to improve your body awareness. This course gives you the opportunity to ask questions and discuss any progressions, modifications or variations to help you gain maximum benefit from your personal Pilates experience.
