Tracey has been pole dancing for 7 years, is a qualified fitness instructor and is currently completing a Certificate IV in Fitness. Tracey won a scholarship to become a personal trainer through the Michelle Bridges 12wbt program after changing her lifestyle, losing 20kg and developing a love of health & fitness. Tracey has competed in a number of Miss Pole Dance Australia WA heats and in 2011 was an amateur finalist in the Australian Pole Championships in Canberra, she also competes in bikini/fitness competitions as a bikini/fitness model in the masters category and took second place in the Bikini Masters division of the IFBB O’Mara World Qualifier in March 2013. Tracey LOVES pole and the fact that it builds inner strength and confidence, and gets you fit at the same time.

With a background in professional dance, Joanna began Core Pilates in 2003 with a passion for helping people improve their lives through body awareness, alignment, core stability & functional movement. She completed a Diploma in Dance & performed around Australia before having her children & discovering Pilates.
Joanna has had extensive, high quality PIlates training with Pilates International & the Australian Pilates Method Alliance. She is an APMA Level 3 Professional Pilates Practitioner and regularly attends a variety of workshops to be constantly kept up to date with new & relevant information & gets excited when she sees improvement in her client’s’ bodies, movements & quality of life.

She is a certified X-Pert Pole instructor and is very excited to have added pole classes to her studio to be able to share her love of this fantastic artform and sport.
Caroline started recreational gymnastics at age 9 and from then on all she ever wanted to be was a gymnastics teacher. She finished university in Belgium with a degree in physical education, outdoor sports and fitness, taught gymnastics for over 10 years, She has a background teaching all sorts of team and individual sports, from aerobics to rugby to circus related skills, traveled the world in search of waves and snow.
Caroline started poledancing 3.5 years ago hasn't looked back since.
She loves the challenge it brings, the friendships she's made, the opportunities created and the strength and fitness it has given her.
She loves teaching and seeing people grow. She has recently re-done the certificate 3 and 4 in fitness to become an even better teacher and is forward to this new chapter and privileged to work with such amazing people.
